Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions:

ROOM RATES:

Hotel room rates vary by date and the number of guests occupying a single room, as well as the season. The rates shown on our website are accurate, but we do offer loyalty discounts for returning guests, various promotional rates and all inclusive packages so give us a call or send us a WhatsApp message and ask about today’s special promos. BREAKFAST:

We give a continental breakfast most mornings which includes coffee, juice, fresh fruits, granola bars and cake and we also have more breakfast options available to purchase at our Paradise Grille. Ask to see the Paradise Grille menu for more details.

PARKING:

We have a private guarded parking lot with limited spaces available so it’s best to request a parking space in advance whenever possible.

BICYCLES:

We offer complimentary 1-hour bicycle rides and the bicycles are available to rent for longer use by the hour and by the day.

CRIBS & COTS:

We offer baby cribs for rent by the night and by the week. We have a limited number of small cots for children over 6 years who are paying the extra person charge of $20.00 per night.

EARLY CHECK-IN:

We will do our best to accommodate your Early Check-in request and if your room is not ready early, you are always welcome to securely store your luggage and use the hotel facilities until your room is ready.

LATE CHECK-OUT:

Again, we will do our best to accommodate your Late Check-out request, but it is not always possible when the room has another guest waiting to Check-in, but you are always welcome to securely store your luggage and use the hotel facilities for a few extra hours.

WIFI:

We offer FREE 300mb WiFi in the rooms and throughout the hotel property, making Bird of Paradise Hotel a great place for remote workers!

MINIMUM AGE TO RESERVE A ROOM:

We have a minimum age requirement of 21 years to reserve a room and all guests must provide photo ID at the registration process.

CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that sometimes your travel plans may change and you may cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy stated during the reservation process. For reservations made with an Online Travel Agent (OTA) such as Expedia, Hotels.com, etc., the guest must contact the OTA to modify or cancel the reservation.

GUESTS & VISITORS:

A guest is someone registered in the room who is issued a guest wristband which gives them full access to hotel facilities including a room key. A visitor is someone who may come to the hotel for a short period of time and visit. All visitors must first go to Reception and present photo ID before entering anywhere on the hotel property.

PETS:

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the hotel.
