- Where exactly is the hotel?
- Directly across from Jacó Central Park on Avenida Pastor Díaz, about a two minute walk from Jacó Beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and tour desks.
- How far is the airport?
- Juan Santamaria International (SJO) in San Jose is an hour and a half to two hours by road, depending on traffic. We can arrange a private airport transfer. Just ask when you book.
- What time is check in and check out?
- Check in is from 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and late check-out is charged at 50% of the nightly rate, plus tax. Ask at the front desk or on WhatsApp.
- Is breakfast included?
- Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 am each morning at Paradise Grille, our cafe on the property, and is included in every rate.
- Can you host our group or retreat?
- Yes, groups of any size. Book several rooms together, or reserve all 18 rooms for your group for a retreat, a wedding or a family reunion.
- Do you have parking?
- Yes, secure on site parking is available for guests at no extra charge.
- Is the hotel family friendly?
- Very. Cribs available on request. Subject to availability; fee may apply.
